LandDrive Marketing Site & Marketplace Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to landdrive.io, the LandDrive marketing site, the calculator tool, the blog, and any future marketplace waitlist. If you are a LandDrive CRM customer using app.landdrive.io, see /terms/crm.

1. Acceptance

By visiting or using landdrive.io — the LandDrive marketing site — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Permitted Use

You may read and share the articles, features pages, and comparison content on landdrive.io. You may use the owner-financing calculator to evaluate hypothetical land deals for your own personal or business purposes. You may submit inquiries through contact forms, join waitlists, and subscribe to updates. You may not use the site or its content for any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Calculator Disclaimer

The owner-financing calculator on landdrive.io is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or professional real estate advice. The results produced by the calculator depend entirely on the inputs you provide, and small changes to those inputs can produce significantly different outputs. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the site.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site without written authorization; attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions; or interfere with the site's operation.
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms or waitlist signups, or impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, to distribute malware, or to infringe any intellectual property or privacy right.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on landdrive.io — including articles, graphics, calculator interface, layouts, trademarks, and the LandDrive name and logo — is owned by LandDrive or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish entire articles or reproduce proprietary graphics without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The blog, comparison pages, and other articles on landdrive.io may link out to third-party websites, tools, or resources. LandDrive does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of service. Links are provided for convenience only, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDDRIVE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON CALCULATOR RESULTS OR ON INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ARTICLES OR COMPARISON PAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Future Marketplace

LandDrive plans to launch a public property marketplace in the future. When that marketplace launches, additional terms will apply to listings, buyer and seller accounts, transactions, payment processing, dispute resolution, and communications between parties. This section of these Terms will be expanded at that time to describe those rules in detail, and users will be notified of the expanded terms before the marketplace becomes available.

9. Changes to These Terms

LandDrive may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
